What types of steel do you process?
We process a range of flat rolled steel products including cold rolled, hot rolled pickled & oiled (HRPO), galvanized, and galvannealed steel.
What thickness range can you slit?
We slit material from approximately .021″ through .260″ thickness.
How narrow can you slit coil?
We can slit coil as narrow as .50 inches.
What width tolerances can you hold?
We can hold width tolerances as tight as ± .003 inches.
What coil sizes can you handle?
We process coils up to 60,000 lbs, with 20″ or 24″ coil ID and a maximum 72″ OD.
Do you offer cut-to-length sheet processing?
Yes. We provide cut-to-length processing with length tolerances as tight as ± .015″.
What is cold reduction and when is it used?
Cold reduction (re-rolling) is used to achieve tighter thickness tolerances and improved consistency compared to standard mill material.
Can you process high strength materials like HSLA or AHSS?
Yes. We regularly process HSLA and advanced high strength steels.
Do you offer toll processing?
Yes. We offer toll processing services for customers who supply their own material.
Do you run small or specialty orders?
Yes. We support both high-volume production runs and smaller, specialized jobs.

We supply and deliver steel to manufacturers throughout Michigan.
Do you offer precision tolerance blanks?
Yes. We provide cut-to-length blanks with tolerances as tight as ± .015″, suitable for transfer press and panel bender operations.
